Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C/ 350F/ Gas 4.
Step 2
Line a 20x30cm tin with grease proof paper.
Step 3
Add the Trex, honey and dates to a pan on a low heat until they melt. Crush the dates with a wooden spoon before stirring in the oats and coconut. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Pour the mixture in to the tin and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Step 5
Score the surface of the flapjack into portions with a knife while it's still hot. Leave them to cool before cutting in to squares.
