Step 1
Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar into a bowl with a pinch of salt. Create a well in the middle and crack the eggs in to it. Whisk until smooth. Add the maple syrup and milk and continue to whisk.

Step 2
Heat a splash of oil and a small knob of Trex in a frying pan. Add spoonfulls of batter to the pan, cooking until bubbles begin to form. Flip and cook the other side.

Step 3
Serve pancakes with crispy bacon, berries, ice cream or with extra maple syrup.
