65g2½oz Plain flour
Pinch of salt
150ml¼ pint Water
50g2oz Trex, at room temperature
22 Large eggs, beaten
200ml⅓ pint Double or whipping cream

2 tsp2 tsp Instant coffee granules
50g2oz Icing sugar
Hot water to mix
